The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain Wedding || Ashley and Tim

Ashley and Tim met for the first time at a fireworks show in Lexington, MA. Once they started chatting they talked almost the entire time that they were there watching fireworks. Fireworks lead to getting wings with a small group afterwards. This was where Tim got Ashley’s contact info and reached out later that evening!

Their first date was in Harvard Square. They went to a Mexican restaurant and barely ate anything! They were too busy learning more about each other and realized how much they had in common. After eating, they walked around Boston for a few hours because neither of them wanted to say goodbye.

By the time we get to October 5, 2019, Tim was ready to propose! They started the day the way they like to start any Saturday; with a nice breakfast on the waterfront in the North End. Ashley had no idea that Tim was planning to propose and had the ring in his pocket. After breakfast, they started to walk around the city. They got to The Public Garden and just so happened to be having a conversation about what in their lives they would want to be different. This is where Tim got down on one knee in front of the pond and she said “No, No, NO!” I mean “YES!” She couldn’t believe what was happening! They spent the rest of the day celebrating with family.

As wedding planning started, it was known that the most important thing for this couple was to be coming together as husband and wife in front of family. So when Covid-19 put so much on hold and changed plans for most weddings, including Ashley and Tim’s, they remained calm because all that mattered was that they were going to be together. Even if they could only celebrate with their closest family, having to trim their guest list down quite a bit, it would be ok since they would be married.

After some location and date changes, the wedding was now set to take place July 11, 2020 at The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain, Goffstown, NH. The venue was GORGEOUS! A rose garden for an intimate first dance, a cottage for indoor dinner, an oversized pine tree -the perfect backdrop for a beautiful ceremony! Everything was looking perfect- even the weather after an original forecast of rain!

Ashley came down the aisle wearing her stunning white dress from David’s Bridal. Her bridesmaids lined up perfectly wearing their sage green dresses. Tim was waiting for her, love written on his face. His men were wearing their black vests and grey bow ties. Pastor Tanner Turley was eagerly waiting to pray over the couple and unite them in marriage.

After the ceremony the guests enjoyed appetizers while Ashley and Tim went off to take pictures around the beautiful grounds. This was followed by a scrumptious meal enjoyed by all! Then came the speeches from the best man and maid of honor. After some laughs and sentimental stories, the cake rolled in! Ashley and Tim cut it together as husband and wife and shared it with each other (things got a little messy!).

After cake everyone walked up to the Rose Garden. That’s where Ashley and Tim shared their first dance to “How Would You Feel” by Ed Sheeran. The sun was going down, a small breeze kicked up and the swaying of the flowers added to an emotionally beautiful sight. After the first dance, Mike, Ashley’s father, gave a beautiful speech and then danced with Ashley to Steven Curtis Chapman’s “Cinderella”. There wasn’t a dry eye-including mine!

The night wrapped up with some more dancing, some corn hole on the greens and family saying their goodbyes to the couple. Finally Ashley and Tim drove off in their car to start their new life together as a married couple!

After all the delays and postponements that came along with COVID-19, we were so blessed to start up business again with this couple! They were so sweet and so IN LOVE! Thank you Ashley and Tim for sharing your special day and family with us!

We wish the new Mr. and Mrs. Andrews a lifetime of joy and health!
